1. Where is the ice rink?

The ice rink is located in the center of West Hollywood Park (647 N. San Vicente Blvd., West Hollywood, CA 90069) on the grass lawn, near the basketball courts.

2. Where do I park?

Public parking is available in the West Hollywood 5-Story Parking Structure at 647 N. San Vicente Blvd., West Hollywood. There is a bridge that connects the parking structure to the park on Level 3. Validations for up to 2 hours provided inside the Aquatic & Recreation Center. For more information, check the City of West Hollywood parking directory.

3. How long is my session?

Each skating session is 90 minutes long. To maximize your skate time we suggest you arrive 10-15 minutes early. Each session ends promptly at its end time to start rink resurfacing ahead of the next session.

4. What if I miss my session?

Oh no! Tickets are non-refundable. Although, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please reach out to wehoicerink@jj-la.com.

5. Are advanced tickets required?

No. Advance tickets are recommended but some tickets are also reserved for walk-up purchases.

6. Is this real ice?

Yes! It’s REAL ICE! Our aluminum floor system can quickly adjust to sudden temperature spikes while maintaining real ice even in high outdoor temperatures of up to 90 °F.

7. Is the ice rink wheelchair accessible?

The ice rink is accessible for non-motorized wheelchairs; motorized wheelchairs cannot be used on the ice rink.

8. Do you have food for sale?

We have snacks, hot chocolate, and non-alcoholic beverages for sale in our general store.

9. Do you have rental skates?

Yes, we do! Your ticket includes skate rentals. We have toddler size 8 through men's size 15 available, in addition to skating aids available to rent for $10 per 90-minute session.

10. What size skates do you have?

We have toddler's size 8 through men's size 15.

11. I'm not going to skate. Do I still need to complete a waiver?

Yes, we require everyone who enters our skate rental and skate lace areas to sign a waiver, even if they don't skate.

12. Do I need socks to wear your rental skates?

Yes, we REQUIRE everyone wearing rental skates to have socks.

13. Do you have socks and gloves?

Yes, we have socks or gloves for sale for $5 at our office onsite.

14. Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are NOT permitted in the rink area. Skates are dangerous for little dog paws! Your dogs are welcome in the Winter Village area or the adjacent WeHo dog parks (service dogs OK).

15. Can I book a private party?
