The Older Adults Advisory Board addresses matters relating to the planning, development and coordination of services for older residents and makes recommendations to Council relative to the adoption of programs, policies or ordinances of benefit to those constituencies. The Board acts as an advocate and provides linkage between residents, organizations, City Council, City officials, and the general community.
Join the Board for a special televised meeting in May as they honor the 2026 Older Adult Month honoree, invite public comment, and discuss key issues impacting older adults in our community.
Light refreshments will be served from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM, prior to the start of the meeting.
