The Urban Art Subcommittee of the Arts and Cultural Affairs Commission oversees the implementation of the City’s Urban Art Program pursuant to Chapter 19.38 of the City’s Municipal Code that requires developers of certain projects to contribute one percent of the development valuation to public art.
